As the Quality lead, you will oversee damage inspection and repair workflows, drive process improvements and collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure consistent, cost-effective product quality and disposition.
Job Responsibility:
Implementing best-practice workflows for damage inspection, repair validation, pricing, and product disposition
Analyzing data to identify root causes and trends in product damage
Proposing improvements to processes, equipment, and vendor handling to reduce damage risk
Collaborating with supplier management, shipping, warehousing, operations, and repair partners to drive quality and efficiency
Developing and standardizing criteria for assessing damaged items as retained, repaired, or disposed
Monitoring marketing and sales messaging on slightly damaged products to maintain national consistency
Requirements:
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with quality data, identify trends, defects, and drive process improvements
A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who excels at managing varied and complex quality challenges
Effective communication skills to lead quality discussions and set clear expectations with internal teams and external vendors or partners
Ability to interpret quality performance insights and influence stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives
Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields are highly desirable
Proven background in quality assurance or leadership within industries such as automotive, collision repair, or related sectors
