Job Description:

As the Quality lead, you will oversee damage inspection and repair workflows, drive process improvements and collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure consistent, cost-effective product quality and disposition.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implementing best-practice workflows for damage inspection, repair validation, pricing, and product disposition
  • Analyzing data to identify root causes and trends in product damage
  • Proposing improvements to processes, equipment, and vendor handling to reduce damage risk
  • Collaborating with supplier management, shipping, warehousing, operations, and repair partners to drive quality and efficiency
  • Developing and standardizing criteria for assessing damaged items as retained, repaired, or disposed
  • Monitoring marketing and sales messaging on slightly damaged products to maintain national consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with quality data, identify trends, defects, and drive process improvements
  • A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who excels at managing varied and complex quality challenges
  • Effective communication skills to lead quality discussions and set clear expectations with internal teams and external vendors or partners
  • Ability to interpret quality performance insights and influence stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields are highly desirable
  • Proven background in quality assurance or leadership within industries such as automotive, collision repair, or related sectors
