This position would be responsible for conducting investigations of untoward incidents of Abuse/Neglect, Significant Incidents, Serious Notable Occurrences, Minor Notable Occurrences, or unusual incidents for all Aspire of WNY programs. Duties include writing investigation reports and conducting quality reviews.
