This position aims to perform inspection on aircraft following electrical & structure & Mechanic reworks performed by production under the leadership of Quality Cross Plant at Paint Shop, Final Phase and Flight Line.
Job Responsibility:
Carry out quality Inspections according to the defined standards: Final control and Certification of work-orders
Carry out inspection of out of sequence works
Participate and support the first implementation of work Order
Participate in work order risk analysis
Participate and support the Industrial process qualification
Raise Non Conformance and attest the conformity after disposition implementation
Ensure appropriate A/C records
Ensure operational surveillance Product, Process and People according to the surveillance plan
Participate in the identification of the quality issues which require corrective actions
Participate to the Practical Problem Solving and ensure the effectiveness of the corrective actions selected
Take care of the FOD prevention on aircraft and highlight to the management any deviation or risk witness
Contribute to the assessment and qualification of operators
Allocate concessions when necessary
Support Cross Plant Manufacturing Engineering
Potentially take different shifts if necessary
Potentially OT if necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Mechanic major
Above 5 years related working experience in electric and mechanic or quality
Good level of A320 family A/Cs Operation/Quality knowledge
Good knowledge of engineering requirements and specifications
Ability and competency to inspect and validate aircraft products using measurement tools
Fluent English both in written and oral speaking
Ability to work together with multi-culture work circumstances
Strong problem solving ability and stress resistance
