Reading Work Instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards for incoming, in-process and out going materials and products
Thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications
Use various tools and techniques, including precision measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers), to assess product dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes
Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards
Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality
Accepting or rejecting finished products/assemblies and discussing inspection results with the production team
Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, including non-conformance issues, corrective actions taken, and quality metrics
Requirements:
Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent
BS Industrial Technology major in Electronics or equivalent, or any related course
Must have good manual dexterity in order to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing
Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Willing to work in an 8 hour shifts
Nice to have:
Experience in Electro mechanical/electronic assembly is an advantage
Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Device (ESD) sensitive devices is an advantage
