We’re hiring for a Quality Inspector position in Dongducheon. This is a contract opportunity in which you will be supporting first shift two days a week. Job Responsibility:
Perform detailed inspections—visual, dimensional, and physical—on components, assemblies, and raw materials throughout various production phases (including in-process, final, and first article) to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
Operate and utilize precision measuring instruments such borescopes to do inspections on tubes
Apply sharp visual inspection skills to identify workmanship issues and product defects, including damage such as burrs, scratches, loose fasteners, dings, and inadequate edge distances
Identify and categorize nonconformities and confirm that corrective actions or rework have been properly executed
Receiving shipping documentation for accuracy, confirming part numbers, serial numbers, change notices, and destination data are correct
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience
Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and industry/commodity standards
Hands on experience with borescopes
Proficient in GD&T and validating dimensions preferred
Ability to adapt to new technology and software
Excellent visual acuity to detect defects in complex products
