As a Quality Inspector, you will focus on the inspection and documentation of welds to ensure compliance with strict industry standards. You will work closely with quality engineers and production teams to maintain exceptional product reliability and traceability.
Job Responsibility
Perform visual inspections and video documentation of all welds
Ensure compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications
Produce detailed documentation tailored for life science and pharmaceutical clients
Manage non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis
Provide technical feedback and guidance to welders and production teams
Maintain accurate inspection records to ensure full production traceability
Collaborate with the quality team to drive continuous process improvements
Requirements
Technical education in welding, materials, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience)
Solid experience in welding inspection or quality control within manufacturing
Knowledge of welding standards (such as ISO 3834, ISO 5817, or ASME)
A genuine interest in continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Certification for NDT V2
Certification as a Welding Inspector (IWI, IWS, or similar)
