Requirements

Experience performing electromechanical or mechanical inspections in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of GD&T and ability to inspect to drawing requirements
Hands-on experience using basic dimensional inspection tools
Ability to perform independent in-process and final inspections
Comfortable working on site in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with ITAR

Job Responsibility

Perform in-process and final inspections of electromechanical assemblies and enclosures
Inspect mechanical fit, alignment, and workmanship of data center cells and structures
Verify compliance to engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
Use basic inspection tools including measuring tape, levels, and digital protractor
Document inspection results and communicate findings to on-site teams
Support inspection of larger data center cells as production ramps
Work closely with production and engineering personnel during inspections

Performed on-site source inspections at supplier facilities, including in-process, final, and witness inspections, and verified supplier compliance to inspection plans and drawing intent

Shall have five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
Shall have at least one-year experience inspecting CH47 aircraft assigned
U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required
Shall possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P)
