Quality Inspector Elec

• Perform quality inspections as per defined standards for final check and conformity attestation, stop points, FAI, functional tests, out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated) and complete relevant documentation
• Carry out investigations and root cause analysis based on identified quality/technical issues and cost of non quality resulting at shop floor level
• Ensure that appropriate containment and corrective and preventive actions are taken by the accountable responsible function through the use of multifunctional teams
• Contribute towards securing production flow by rapidly resolving quality issues and foreign object damage prevention
• Ensure operational surveillance (people, product and process) of delegated tasks
• Coach operators with L1/L2 delegation on the job
• Manage measuring methods, quality sub-contracting, jigs & tools
• Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
