Strong ability to interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications
Proficiency in basic math, measurement tools, and inspection processes
Basic blueprint reading knowledge is preferred (training is available for the right candidate)
Communication & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues, along with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records and documentation
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
additional technical certifications in quality control or manufacturing preferred
Experience: At least one year of experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role, with hands-on experience in blueprint reading and product testing
Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%)
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks
This position will be required to work 2nd shift, 1pm-9pm, M-F
