Job Responsibility:
Scope, initiate, and complete program wide improvement plans using Agile sprints to improve participant engagement and overall time to completion
Coordinate and prioritize metric system functionalities for deployment
Scope and monitor system health indicators for improvement
Create and align on business metrics used to determine user experience
Create the sole strategy for improvements using new system functionality
Partner with Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to drive improvement through medium and long-term initiatives
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Report progress and business metrics to leadership
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Management Information Systems or a related field
24 months of experience in the job offered
24 months of experience involving: Identify and quantify the impact of top quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and work with key cross-functional partners to implement change
Perform urgent, time-sensitive investigations of quality issues or escalations to determine root causes and recommend corrective action using data driven insights
Proactively and independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Communicate and report on system health and changes to stakeholders and leadership
Automate and standardize daily processes and reporting
Review and monitor system health
Data analytics (SQL) and visualization development (Tableau) on business critical KPIs
