We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Quality Improvement Lead (Teaching & Learning) within the College, supporting the Head of Teaching, Learning, Development and Innovation. You will be intrinsic in supporting the College to achieve its aim of providing a consistently outstanding student learning experience and delivering great outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Take lead roles in conducting curriculum area reviews
Take lead roles in observations of teaching practice
Designing and delivering CPD activity
Reporting
Ensuring the College remains compliant with our external awarding organisations
Supporting the College to achieve its aim of providing a consistently outstanding student learning experience and delivering great outcomes
Requirements:
Have experience of working in education, preferably in an FE setting
Have experience of improving teaching and learning through coaching and mentoring
Be experienced with internal and external quality assurance and best practice in the sector
Be proficient with MS Office 365 and Management Information Systems such as ProSuite and OneFile software
Have a L5 Certificate in Education or PGCE as well as GCSE English & Maths (A*-C)
