Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Quality Improvement Lead (Teaching & Learning) within the College, supporting the Head of Teaching, Learning, Development and Innovation. You will be intrinsic in supporting the College to achieve its aim of providing a consistently outstanding student learning experience and delivering great outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Take lead roles in conducting curriculum area reviews
  • Take lead roles in observations of teaching practice

Requirements

  • Have experience of working in education, preferably in an FE setting
  • Have experience of improving teaching and learning through coaching and mentoring
  • Be experienced with internal and external quality assurance and best practice in the sector
  • Be proficient with MS Office 365 and Management Information Systems such as ProSuite and OneFile software
  • Have a L5 Certificate in Education or PGCE as well as GCSE English & Maths (A*-C)
