Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for conducting and reporting quality & food safety controls of the hotel
  • Responsible for adapting to and implementing, monitoring and reporting the compliance of the hotel according to Rixos Hotels UAE quality management standards & hotel’s quality, food safety and sustainability management certifications, ( ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, TS EN 15288:2, ISO 22000, GSTC, IBCCES CAC ) and local food safety laws and regulations
  • Responsible for attending the Rixos Hotels UAE cross-internal audits
  • Responsible for conducting and reporting the supplier audits
  • Responsible for conducting the laboratory sampling, analyzing and reporting the results
  • Responsible for carrying out and recording trainings related with quality management, food safety and sustainability
  • Responsible for completing the other assigned duties by Quality & Sustainability department management
  • Will report to hotel’s Quality & Sustainability Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related expertise
  • At least 2 years experience in 4/5 stars hotels based in the UAE
