Job Responsibility:
Responsible for conducting and reporting quality & food safety controls of the hotel
Responsible for adapting to and implementing, monitoring and reporting the compliance of the hotel according to Rixos Hotels UAE quality management standards & hotel’s quality, food safety and sustainability management certifications, ( ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, TS EN 15288:2, ISO 22000, GSTC, IBCCES CAC ) and local food safety laws and regulations
Responsible for attending the Rixos Hotels UAE cross-internal audits
Responsible for conducting and reporting the supplier audits
Responsible for conducting the laboratory sampling, analyzing and reporting the results
Responsible for carrying out and recording trainings related with quality management, food safety and sustainability
Responsible for completing the other assigned duties by Quality & Sustainability department management
Will report to hotel’s Quality & Sustainability Manager
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related expertise
At least 2 years experience in 4/5 stars hotels based in the UAE
