We are currently looking for a QHSE Administrator to join our Compliance team and help support and grow our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) initiatives across multiple regions. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making workplaces safer and more efficient, we want to hear from you. As a QHSE Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our QHSE systems and collaborate with teams across the UK & Ireland and Central Europe & International Operations. You’ll play a key role in compliance, audits, training, and QHSE reporting—supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Be the go-to person for internal queries related to QHSE systems and documentation
Support QHSE compliance efforts and risk assessments across regions
Complete customer compliance and tender questionnaires in collaboration with relevant departments
Assist site teams with root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
Contribute to internal audit programs and ensure proper follow-up on findings
Track and report on non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate with HR, IT, and Facilities to support onboarding (equipment, training, etc.)
Deliver new starter QHSE inductions
Help promote QHSE awareness across all teams
Support the development and continuous improvement of QHSE KPIs
Occasionally travel to regional sites as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a QHSE, Facilities, or Compliance admin/coordinator role
Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and pride in accuracy—even in small tasks
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and flexibility in managing changing priorities
Nice to have:
IOSH or other Health & Safety qualifications are a plus (but not essential)
