  • Oversee hotel-wide food safety operations in collaboration with Executive Chefs, Stewarding, and Front of House teams
  • Conduct risk assessments across the entire property and ensure corrective actions are completed

  • implement preventive measures
  • Develop and deliver QHSE-related documentation (P&P, SOPs) and training programs
  • Monitor and audit QHSE performance
  • prepare structured reports for senior leadership
  • Establish measurable QHSE objectives and ensure continuous improvement across the operation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in QHSE, food safety, or compliance—preferably within hospitality, tourism, or a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 22000, food safety systems, environmental regulations, and sustainability frameworks
  • Proven experience managing audits and regulatory inspections
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational risks and implement practical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to influence Department Heads and drive cross-functional accountability
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
