Job Description

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Quality professional for a part-time role in a modern, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. You will help strengthen our quality efforts and shape a practical, efficient food safety system. Based in R&D, the role collaborates closely across the company—especially with Operations—and plays a key part in developing documentation, assessing risks, and preparing us for FSSC 22000 certification.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the systematic development and expansion of our food safety management system
  • Lead the writing and refinement of SOPs and ensure procedures are implemented and followed across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D
  • Contribute to achieving and maintaining FSSC 22000 certification
  • Project-manage quality initiatives, including assessing quality levels and driving mitigating actions
  • Assist with risk assessments and ensure non-conformities are captured and resolved efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven background in food safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP)
  • Experience in production or R&D
  • Strong ability to write clear procedures and organize documentation
  • Efficient and pragmatic approach
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in food safety/QA within fermentation or savoury ingredient production
  • Strong knowledge of GFSI standards
  • Relevant master’s degree
  • Valid work permit for Denmark
