Job Description

Lead, Manage, and follow up on all quality tests required to ensure product quality and food safety results are meeting both Coca Cola requirements as well as regulatory requirements. This starts with receiving raw materials and ends with releasing finished product.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, Manage, and follow up on all quality tests required to ensure product quality and food safety results are meeting both Coca Cola requirements as well as regulatory requirements
  • Ensure implementation of all required tests (chemical, physical, and microbiological) as per the standard methods and in compliance with KORE requirements
  • Ensure all quality related transaction on SAP system are being implemented appropriately and on a timely manner from raw materials receiving to releasing finished product
  • Ensure - In coordination with production department – that water treatment processes, and syrup preparation tests are being implemented and in compliance with KORE requirements as well as local regulations
  • Ensure all Food Safety and Hygiene programs as well as GMP requirements are fully implemented and in compliance with KORE requirements and local regulations
  • Design and deliver training programs to quality and non-quality staff to ensure the full awareness of plant team on basic requirements of food safety and quality
  • Lead – with the plant GM quality improvement plan to support continuous improvement of all quality and food safety processes
  • Responsible of decision making and handling of nonconformity products and empowered to stop production in case of FS risk or quality noncompliance
  • Responsible for final disposition of the product and release decision based on product compliance to the specifications
  • Review and follow up on all quality reports (GMP, SPC, daily test reports, corrective actions … etc)
  • Ensure all raw materials received are sourced from approved suppliers
  • Ensure implementation of change management procedures within the plant and participate in assessment of proposed changes
  • Ensure full implementation and staff commitment to quality and food safety systems ( NFSA , FSSC , ISO 22000 , ….)
  • Ensure QFS compliance of non-routine tasks like in projects, new initiatives and chance management

Requirements

  • B.Sc. of Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering and Microbiology or related disciplines
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
