Job Responsibility

Ensures the activities at the department are in line with the ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management System
Inform the shift manager if unable to attend work
Follows, implements and ensures compliance with all the instructions, procedures and announcements published on health, safety, environment and security
Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the IMS policy are achieved
Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the 5S cleanliness and tidiness system in his/her areas of responsibility
Responsible to go to the company infirmary immediately after suffering an occupational accident and to immediately submit all judicial reports received thereafter to the company infirmary
Responsible to notify his/her direct manager about near-miss incidents, all accidents (including accidents causing financial losses) and nonconformances in the factory
Ensure that the Tg/FWF/FVF/Ashing Test/Ultimate Tg tests/GKK tests/Viscosity tests received from the mold department or the finish department are performed and entered into the system
Check the measurements critical for quality at his/her shift and ensure accurate measuring
Inform the result of any nonconformance to the reported persons/departments
