Job Description

As a Quality Factory Technician, you’ll be responsible for testing samples of our finished products and communicating test results with the appropriate departments. Work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety teams to support quality throughout our processes. Seize this opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas across QA to strengthen your skill set. Job Responsibility

  • Analyze finished product using various test methods, including wet chemistry
  • Perform sensory evaluations of in process and finished product
  • Maintain instrument calibrations
  • Sample and test incoming ingredients including, but not limited to, physical testing and testing rail cars, trucks, bins, sacks, and totes
  • Cover other positions in the event of loss of staff or vacations to provide relief

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, lab or related environment preferred
