Job Description

Facilitate the daily operations of the Quality Director by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule
  • Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team
  • Provide administrative support to team members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of discretion
  • Ensure full compliance with the organization’s process guidelines and all applicable legal requirements
  • Responsible for preparing purchase requisitions
  • Coordination of various events for the departments/areas supported by the Executive Assistant

Requirements

  • Advance English Level is required (C1-C2)
  • Preferably has worked in the automotive industry for at least 3 years
  • Related experience is required
  • Experience with SAP
