We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineering Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the incoming inspection area, conducting sample inspections, and documenting and containing quality issues. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure problems are clearly defined and resolved effectively. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Perform or coordinate receiving inspections
Lead containment efforts for incoming quality issues
Document and investigate issues to provide clear problem statements and guide resolution
Transact qualified materials to production or route nonconforming items to the MRB area
Report the status of incoming quality activities
Summarize technical findings and recommendations into the quality management system
Read technical drawings and specifications to select and use appropriate inspection equipment
Support engineering teams with complex troubleshooting and provide data to prioritize design changes
Ensure tools and equipment in the inspection area are well-maintained, calibrated, and organized
Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience in Quality, preferably in robotics or automation
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Strong English communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders
Ability to lift heavy components, stand for long hours, and work in workshop environments
Familiarity with electronics testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and DMMs

Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in robotic assemblies
