Quality Engineering Supervisor

The Independence Quality Engineering Supervisor ensures that the manufacturing process and finished products meet all regulatory requirements, as well as customer and company standards for food safety and food quality. This role involves optimizing processes, digitizing operations, conducting Kaizens, and implementing innovations related to quality and plant initiatives.
