Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Senior Manager to lead in quality engineering delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of software quality across our portfolio of programmes and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising our clients on quality assurance strategies, approaches and leading practice, managing the software testing processes, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality within the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the quality engineering function, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the team's success
  • Advising our clients on quality assurance, shaping their test strategies, guiding them on leading practice
  • Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality engineering strategies, approaches and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and capacity planning for the quality engineering team
  • Collaborate with programme and project management, business owners, development teams, and operations to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and coverage
  • Oversee the planning, approaches, execution, and reporting of software testing activities across programmes and projects
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and leading practices in software testing and quality assurance
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the quality engineering function
