Job Responsibility

Work on varied projects, focusing on improving engineering processes, quality and efficiency
Be involved in maintenance and continuous improvement activities, contributing to problem-solving projects
Take engineering responsibility within an operational area as an Asset Manager, monitoring downtime, organising Planned Maintenance, gathering and analysing data trends, conducting RCAs and FMEAs
Manage projects (under guidance) to resolve operational challenges and positively impact performance within an FMCG environment
Be mentored in identifying needs, planning solutions, sourcing funding/resources, tendering and delivering projects, as well as developing training and technical documentation

Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases using Zephyr, covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Coordinate updates, installations, and maintenance of customer systems, test simulators and environments
Support customer acceptance testing activities, including: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Coordinating and executing acceptance tests at the factory to validate software and hardware integration before shipment
