Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Quality Engineering Intern to join our Quality Team for a 4-month summer internship at our Mississauga location. We are actively hiring for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with the Process & Quality Team to develop and maintain the organization’s AS9100 D Quality Management System
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Process & Quality documents (Plans, Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Templates, Checklists etc.)
  • Perform additional tasks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Quality Management, or enrolled in a post-graduate diploma program in Quality Management
  • Collaborative team member who can complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to conduct thorough document reviews, with strong language proficiency and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and prioritize milestones and commitments
  • Able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Git for version control
  • Experience with high-level scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Ruby)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Word
  • Working knowledge of MediaWiki (front-end administration, content editing, templating, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AsciiDoc markup
  • Familiarity with draw.io/Visio for creating process flows and process maps
