Job Description

In Power & Propulsion Solutions, we’re involved with everything from providing efficient, power management on military vehicles to developing eco-friendly, hybrid and electric systems for the commercial world. For summer 2026, be part of a team that is helping to keep the air we breathe much cleaner. Our team is looking for a self-starting problem solver to who will utilize their analytical skills to find innovative solutions to quality-related issues. Strong communication skills are essential to understand requirements and expectations, make progress reports, and present findings.

Job Responsibility

  • Support product disposition activities and documentation in accordance with quality procedures
  • Analyze and trend quality data to identify performance patterns and improvement opportunities
  • Participate in special projects focused on process improvement, root cause analysis, or data-driven problem solving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process quality
  • Assist Quality Engineers with daily tasks and ongoing project support

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with an expected graduation date in 2027
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership experience
  • Capacity and motivation for hard work

Nice to have

  • Experience in the defense electronics industry
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma practices
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Relevant quality certifications
