Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering professional to lead the delivery of functional and automated testing services for small to medium-sized programmes. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality outcomes, meeting service level commitments, managing stakeholders, and driving efficiency through innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end test delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed service levels and quality benchmarks
  • Drive automation testing within scope, including regression and progression frameworks
  • Optimise delivery costs and resource utilisation through effective planning and demand management
  • Contribute to pilots, proofs of concept, and tool adoption to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Manage and support team members, fostering development, engagement, and performance
  • Strengthen testing frameworks and design approaches to improve modularity and reuse
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting and effective service delivery

  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in testing and quality engineering
  • Skilled in end-to-end test management across multiple programmes
  • Knowledgeable in system architecture, telecom domain, and delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Waterfall
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement, service delivery management, and process improvement
  • Proficient in test and defect management with a focus on delivering measurable business value
  • Capable of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and balancing technical outcomes with stakeholder expectations
