Job Description:

Senior Quality Engineering Analyst position at Marriott International supporting product teams with quality engineering principles, automation testing, and driving adoption of automated testing practices across the organization

Job Responsibility:

Enable Product Teams to adapt and implement Quality Engineering (QE) mindset
Support application development as organization shifts from Waterfall and Agile towards SAFe
Champion QE principles of Automation and continual improvement to advance Product development
Drive creation and adoption of automated testing to facilitate innovation, quality, and speed to market
Partner with vendor and internal Marriott teams to provide leadership, strategy, and orchestration of all testing events
Provide expert guidance on test data strategy, setup, automated parallel test execution and configuration
Coordinate with Product teams and Software Development Engineers in Test to collect KPIs and Metrics
Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure tools required for testing conform to standards
Work with Product teams to ensure integration/end-to-end test cases are identified and maintained
Serve as advocate/representative for selected business units to the Quality Engineering organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related technical field
8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in software development and test engineering using multiple testing methodologies
8 years of experience engaging highly technical architecture, engineering and operations teams and driving outcomes with QA automation
5 years of IT leadership experience
5 years of experience with End-End functional automation and CICD tools (Jenkins)
1 year of experience in Tosca frameworks, ReadyAPI and Cucumber automation tools
