Job Description:

Are you a Quality Engineer who thrives on driving process improvements, solving root causes, and partnering with production to enhance quality performance? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Job Responsibility:

Maintain and improve the QMS, keeping everything aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
Support internal, customer and external audits and help close out customer complaints
Take ownership of APQP and PPAP documentation for new and existing products
Advocate for continuous improvement, driving lean and six sigma initiatives
Monitor process capability, spot trends and tighten controls where needed
Collaborate with the lab, supporting quality improvements across yarn strength, colourfastness, elongation, and uniformity
Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials stay consistent and on spec

Requirements:

Degree in textile, mechanical, industrial or quality engineering
Experience in automotive or textile manufacturing
Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
Ability to dig into data, spot trends and tighten processes
Confidence working with production, lab teams, suppliers and customers
View quality as collaborative, helping teams deliver their best work
