Quality Engineer

Objectives Timely execution of projects at site with Zero harm, superior quality & cost effective. Major Deliverables Background- Must have experience in PEB projects, Modular Constructions. Preparation of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and FQP (Field Quality Plan), of Civil and structural works approved by client's representative. Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly quality observation reports. Able to prepare Field Observation Report(FOR), Non-Conformance report(NC) at site. Able to prepare Quality Manual and Quality Checklists for various types of on-going work at site. Able to perform field quality test of various materials available at site for civil and structural works. Co-ordination with Site Engineers/Projects Managers at regional level for smooth ongoing of project work. Thorough knowledge of various IS codes and ISO procedures of Civil and Structural Works. Thorough knowledge of MS office package Able to generate Quality Reports and MIS Function / Domain B. Tech in Civil Engineering with exposure in Infra Project's QA & QC of any organization of repute. ... Minimum 4 to 6 years of similar experience, including experience successfully managing various projects. Bachelor's degree preferred. Reporting To Regional Project Manager Place of Posting Across the region/Pan India Essential Attributes Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills. Ensures open communication across project teams. Desirable Attributes Understanding of project management, Best practice of Project management, Work under ambiguous environment. Able to set Quality standards of an organization, with previous proven track record in the same field. Qualifications B. Tech (Civil Engg.) experience of 3 to 6 Years in Quality control and Quality Management of an Organization. Desired Experience Level Understands who the client is and what are the client's needs, provides realistic expectations, establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction. Knowledge of organization's methodology and tools. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving to recognize problems or situations that are new or ambiguous. Additional Information Knowledge of MS Project desirable. IS codes and ISO procedures related to various kind of structural and civil works.
