Quality Engineer

• Manage quality documentation
• Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on visits/audits carried out by third parties
• Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices to be shared among countries
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes
• Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of: H&S: Respect and enforce health and safety rules
• Environment: Respect and enforce environmental policies
• Information security: Respect and enforce information security policies
• Energy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption

• Master’s degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience
• Solid experience in quality management
• Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards
• auditing experience required
• Must be qualified as a lead auditor
• Knowledge of problem-solving and risk management techniques
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluent in English
