IT Quality Analyst role is located in Warsaw but is part of a dynamic virtual team with members based in the US and India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various functional groups within Citi Bank, engaging directly with both technology and business teams. You’ll play a key role in fostering effective communication and ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams. Role has responsibility for test case design based on business requirements, test case execution, defect managing within project testing phase. Key responsibilities in this role include collaborating with Technology partners to establish agreements for comprehensive end-to-end coverage during the UAT testing planning phase. This also encompassed the design, execution and completion of UAT testing for assigned projects, all while adhering to timelines within the SDLC process.
