Job Responsibility
Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements
Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process
Address the client's quality complaints and Guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.)
Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.)
Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system
Maintain communication with the customer team (Customer Team) to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products
Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes
Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System requirements according to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001
Fulfill specific customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and customer validation runs for engineering changes in serial production projects
Monitor and ensure process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control tools (Procella and/or MINITAB)
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in similar position
Experience working with OEMs and customer portals
Fluent English is a must
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to negotiate and present information to customer
