Focuses on internal processes: QEs are primarily concerned with the quality of a product or service within the organization. Ensure production meets defined standards and identify areas for improvement within manufacturing and test. Acts as a bridge between customer and company: QEs act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Focus on ensuring the product meets the customer's expectations. Proactive problem-solving: Inspections, risk hunting, and audits (product, test, and process). Participate in reactive problem-solving: Root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventative Action. Work with NPI, Field Service, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Base Management & Test Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and test escapes. Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve the quality and reliability of our systems. Assist in implementing quality control measures on the production floor. Work with repair teams to track and resolve early life failures, install +30, +90 and 1-year warranty failures. Report quarterly progress on PIP failure analysis to management.

Requirements:
Excellent critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Expert Computer Skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Electromechanical assembly, SMT Line Process and Automated Test Procedures
Strong foundation in test capability is an added advantage
Commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction
Solid presentation skills
Experience with quality control or statistical software a plus
Must be willing to travel 25% or more
Nice to have:
BS in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical engineering
10 years of experience in either Manufacturing, Quality, or Test Engineering
Experience with Semiconductor testing desired
