Do you want to work on international quality projects connected with product development, industrialization and launch of new production? For our customer, we are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer who will support international projects in the area of product quality, manufacturing quality and supplier quality. This role is suitable for someone who understands quality not only as inspection, but as an important part of the whole product lifecycle — from development and risk analysis, through validation and pilot runs, up to launch support in manufacturing plants. This is not a purely administrative quality role. We are looking for a technically oriented Quality Engineer who can communicate with product development, manufacturing, suppliers and international project teams, and who is able to manage quality topics independently. The customer’s office is located in Napajedla, Czech Republic. The role can be performed almost fully remotely, but regular travelling is required depending on the project phase. The expected travel load is approximately 30–35% of the time, mainly to manufacturing locations in Germany, France, United Kingdom and Latvia. For this reason, candidates based in the Czech Republic are preferred, with flexibility for international travel.
