Job Description

This position involves managing the creation, processing, and tracking of change request packets and associated documentation.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize, review, and verify change requests (CR) for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
  • Check in, release, and track CRs, making changes as requested
  • Manage assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet deadlines for specific areas of responsibility
  • Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, maintaining databases, and preparing correspondence
  • Utilize various software applications (e.g., MasterControl, Trackwise, Teamcenter) for task completion
  • Complete job-specific training as required
  • Report changes to internal and customer management teams
  • Actively participate in meetings and engage in solution development for Quality System issues and non-compliance
  • Assist in maintaining departmental and corporate procedures and policies
  • Execute tasks with oversight from a supervisor, carrying out duties with moderate discretion
