This role reports into the Business Engagement & Delivery function within Network Quality, CX and Insights (NQCXI) team. To lead the sourcing, transformation, and governance of network data across Quality team. This role ensures that data engineering capabilities support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes across the Network Quality function.

Requirements:
Automate data ingestion and processing pipelines to support real-time performance monitoring and CX analytics
Maintain and evolve diagnostic platforms that enable root cause analysis of network-related CX issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Data Science, Network Operations) to ensure tools are interoperable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Establish governance protocols for tool usage, data integrity, and model validation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior analysts and developers
Leverage modern big data technologies and practices (e.g. distributed computing, cloud-native analytics, machine learning frameworks) to enhance the scalability, accuracy, and speed of built solutions
