  • Partner with production and support teams to improve processes, address nonconforming conditions, and promote continuous improvement across operations
  • Observe activity on the production floor, reinforce safe and compliant behaviors, and escalate concerns related to quality, food safety, or sanitation
  • Track findings from hygiene and fabrication inspections and help ensure timely completion of corrective actions
  • Assist with verification and validation activities for preventive controls under the direction of quality leadership
  • Review quality-related data to identify trends, highlight problem areas, and support improvements in manufacturing methods
  • Provide backup support for quality technician responsibilities and complete additional quality tasks as assigned by management
