Following product quality investigations as they happen and making sure all progress and outcomes are documented and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:

Following product quality investigations
Documenting and communicating progress and outcomes to appropriate stakeholders
Serving as primary intake point for credit requests
Logging each credit request with unique identifier
Managing shared image drive
Communicating credit decisions to appropriate teams
Compiling summaries of quality-related credit requests fortnightly
Processing weekly and monthly reports from Customer Care and Customer Services
Initiating requests for retention samples
Maintaining shop returns schedule
Carrying out regular product checks on upcoming products
Performing spot checks of stock based on quality defect trends
Overseeing organization and maintenance of finished product library
Any other administration duties
Requirements:
Good administrative skills
ability to confidently communicate with all areas of the business
keen eye for generating and analyzing data
good understanding of the manufacturing rooms and products made in each area
