Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Quality Coordinator/Manager! Are you passionate about architecture and quality assurance? Now, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Coordinator/Manager to join our vibrant team in London!

Job Responsibility:

coordination of Management system documentation, processes and requirements, internal and external audits
develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams
maintain system documentation to required standard
monitor and track legislative requirements
manage company document schedule for the Management Systems
manage non-conformities, complete Route Cause Analysis and develop Corrective Action measures
carry out internal audits and manage external audits
participate in weekly Management System meetings
ensure Management System folders are up to date
complete any training required to fulfil role

detailed knowledge of the Requirements of ISO 9001 and clauses
familiarity with ISO14001 and 45001
excellent attention to detail
analytical thinking
problem-solving skills
ability to manage multiple priorities
engage with senior management, project teams, and certifying bodies
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
experience with document management systems

Nice to have:

familiarity with ISO14001 and 45001
