Job Description:

As a Quality Controller in Production, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a flawless production process and accurate quality classification of all end products. Your responsibilities will include performing inspections throughout the production process, communicating issues promptly with the relevant teams, and ensuring that products are correctly assigned to their respective quality categories.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor product quality throughout all stages of production
Report and communicate any quality deviations or issues to the appropriate teams
Ensure end products are categorized according to quality standards
Set a positive example by adhering to hygiene and quality guidelines
Conduct visual and technical checks on vegetables during and after processing
Enter and manage quality control data using Excel, email, and internal systems
Identify and address deviations in collaboration with production and quality teams
Ensure hygiene protocols are followed throughout the production area
Suggest improvements to the quality control process to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

Very good level of English
Some technical skills and proficiency in using computers
Experience as a production operator is a plus
Reside in the region and have your own transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative

What we offer:

Salary: €18+ per hour (shift premium included)
Meal checks: €8 per worked day
Permanent contract after 6 months

Work in 2 shifts: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM in the first week, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM in the following week
