Quality Control Worker

• Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Document and report any quality deviations or defects to the production supervisor immediately
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and moisture content or weights as required
• Monitor the production line to ensure that standard operating procedures are being followed consistently
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce waste and enhance product quality
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and logistics team to resolve quality-related issues promptly

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Worker or in a similar quality assurance role within manufacturing
• Flexibility to work day shifts (7 am – 3 pm) and transition to rotating continental shifts (days/nights)
• Reliable transportation to the Concord area (Vaughan)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
