The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance programs to establish and maintain standards for existing products and services. The candidate will be responsible for creating policies and procedures to check and improve product, material, and operational quality while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement quality programs to enhance employee focus on quality improvement
Establish policies, procedures, and methods for assessing quality
Maintain a compliant and cost-effective quality system for reliable, safe, and effective products and services
Support operations through specialized knowledge and skills gained from education and experience
Work within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods while adhering to quality guidelines
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience reading drawings and using measuring tools (calipers, rulers, vision systems) preferred
Familiarity with GLP/GCP/cGMP and global drug and device development processes is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and self-motivational abilities
Basic knowledge of operating procedures in a specific functional area
High school diploma or GED
Experience in quality assurance or operations support roles preferred
Ability to maintain appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as needed
