Quality Control Technician - Electrician

• Utilize various platforms to answer customer questions
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues reported by customers
• Respond effectively to technical inquiries from field sales, customer service, and all types of contractors
• Verify customer concerns and log quality tickets as needed to meet company quality standards
• Regularly update appropriate systems with accurate information and document all relevant data to ensure continuity and efficiency in problem resolution
• Follow up on technical issues with the various stakeholders regarding the open ticket

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues
• Able to work autonomously and in an organized manner
• Knowledge of quality control processes, continuous improvement, and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Communication skills in French and English. Fluency in English is required to communicate with clients/colleagues across Canada and colleagues in the United States
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel)
• Familiarity with the electrical industry, an asset
