Job Description:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control Technician serves as the guardian of the company’s standards of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring product compliance—from raw materials to shipping—while maintaining rigorous adherence to food safety standards (GMP) and specific customer requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform temperature, weight, and coding control points for finished and semi-finished products
  • Verify and validate the proper functioning of metal detectors (CCP) and X-ray machines
  • Reconstitute finished products for final validation and perform chemical concentration tests
  • Identify deviations from established standards and mandate immediate corrective actions
  • Ensure rigorous cleanliness of the workspace and oversee waste management

Requirements:

  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
  • Proficiency with IT tools
  • Availability for all shifts
