The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading quality assurance and control processes within a warehouse and distribution environment. This role ensures that inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance expectations. The supervisor oversees quality audits, inventory accuracy initiatives, process improvements, and team training to maintain operational excellence and minimize errors, damages, and returns.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse quality control procedures
Conduct routine audits of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements
Investigate and resolve quality discrepancies, damages, and customer complaints
Maintain documentation for quality metrics, corrective actions, and audit results
Oversee cycle count programs and root cause analysis for inventory variances
Partner with inventory control and operations teams to reduce shrinkage and errors
