To qualitatively accompany this dynamic expansion, we are looking for a proactive Quality Control Operator (m/f/d) who wants to become part of a secure, high-tech environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Independent execution and thorough documentation of visual, dimensional, and functional testing on raw materials, complex assemblies, and components
  • Analyzing components and precisely classifying deviations into cosmetic, functional, or safety-critical defects
  • Monitoring supplier quality
  • Requesting corrective actions and interacting with international partners
  • Checking mechanical connections and electrical components

Requirements

  • Technical diploma, vocational school degree, Master Craftsman (Werkmeister), or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management
  • Ability to read and fully understand complex technical drawings
  • Solid understanding of mechanical assembly
  • Basic electrical knowledge (electronics and battery components)
  • Awareness of quality standards (ISO 9001 base, ideally awareness of or initial exposure to the medical device standard ISO 13485)
  • Standard incoming inspection methodologies
  • Fluent German
  • Minimum B1 English

Nice to have

  • Experience in medical devices
  • Italian (B2)
  • Experience in Automotive, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductors
