Job Responsibility:
Execute routine performance checks, including Adaptive Process Control, incoming material verification, and Lifetime event testing using written instructions
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of lab equipment
Track laboratory supplies, manage in-house stock, and communicate reorder points
Participate in equipment improvement efforts and experimental testing for Process Engineering and R&D
Maintain meticulous records for all testing processes and results
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a field of science or a related technical discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and general lab safety protocols
Effective communication in a team
Prioritize multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to speak up regarding safety or quality concerns
Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colors
Ability to perform extended periods of detailed visual inspection
Ability to walk, bend, stretch, and occasionally lift boxes up to 30 lbs
Ability to adjust work hours for overnight shifts or on-call support as scheduled
