Job Responsibility:
Perform testing, inspection, and analysis of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Determine final disposition of products and detect nonconforming conditions
Work within defined SOPs or scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines
Identify and report non-compliance with regulations and standards
Use standard measuring instruments, including gauges, calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and RAM optic
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Understand and correctly interpret drawings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances
Follow equipment maintenance and repair procedures for calibrated equipment
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
At least 6 months of experience in quality control
1-2 years of experience in testing, inspection, or analysis
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work with measurement instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers
Good vision (prescribed glasses allowed if needed)
Adherence to safety standards and equipment maintenance procedures
Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
Proficiency in interpreting drawings and geometric dimensions
Skilled in using standard measuring equipment (gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Understanding of calibrated equipment and its maintenance
