Job Description

The Quality Control Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective performance of testing within the Kitting department. This entry-level position is based in a warehouse environment and requires training on the first shift (0600-2:30) for the first two weeks, after which the associate will transition to the second shift.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct inspections of products to assess quality and compliance with regulations and standards
  • Determine the final disposition of products based on inspection results
  • Detect and address nonconforming conditions promptly
  • Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods
  • Maintain compliance with quality guidelines, regulations, and standards
  • Identify basic non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and complete all necessary paperwork

Requirements

  • One to two (1-2) years of related Quality Control experience or equivalent
  • Experience with heavy documentation and accurate completion of paperwork
  • High School Education or equivalent

  • Perform in-process inspection for setout/staged equipment
