Job Description

Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of testing in accordance with regulations and standards. This includes inspecting products, analyzing results, determining final dispositions, and detecting nonconforming conditions.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct testing and inspections in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Analyze test results and determine final product disposition
  • Identify and report non-conforming conditions
  • Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods
  • Adhere to quality guidelines
  • Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as required
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Use standard measuring equipment accurately (e.g., calipers, RAM optic, micrometers, pin gauges, gage blocks)
  • Follow equipment maintenance and repair procedures

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a testing or quality assurance role
  • Ability to correctly interpret drawings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances
  • Proficient in using standard measuring equipment
  • Demonstrated understanding of calibrated equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Relevant certifications or training in quality control or testing
  • Compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Availability for Day Shift (G-12 Hour Shift, 3223 schedule)
