We are looking for an experienced leader for Quality Conformance Manager within Quality Production in Combat (TAOQOC5). The ideal candidate will be skilled and with sound knowledge in Quality and a deep understanding of the Aerospace industry.
Job Responsibility:
Guarantee the conformity of a product/ service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support On Quality, On Time and On Cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/ facilitating improvements to increase: Process performance and product adherence to standards
Reliability of processes
Repeatability of processes
Deliver quality improvement, preventive and corrective strategy, plans and actions (CnQ, Q plan, control plan, audit & operational surveillance plan…)
Ensure all products, assemblies, and processes meet the applicable aerospace standards
Conduct internal audits and Operational surveillance to ensure conformity to Quality Management Systems requirements and production
Ensure adherence to Quality processes and standards
Support external audits from regulatory agencies, and certification bodies
Present risk analysis and mitigation strategies in line with continuous improvement plans and implementation reports
Lead investigations into non-conforming material, quality escapes, and production discrepancies
Manage Root Cause and Corrective and Preventive Action
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
At least 1-2 year in Aerospace industry
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode
Spanish and English mandatory
Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and Quality control standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (PPS, 5Whys, 8D) with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience with Quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
Leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with regulators, customers, and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Proven experience with aerospace Quality standards (ISO 9100)
German is a plus
experience as an intern at Airbus would be highly valued
Airbus Internship will be a plus
